
Devin K. Binder, M.D., Ph.D. is a neurosurgeon and spine surgeon at the Southern California Center for Neuroscience and Spine at Chapman Medical Center.
Dr. Binder is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who specializes in epilepsy surgery, functional neurosurgery/deep brain stimulation, tumor neurosurgery, peripheral nerve and spine surgery.
Prior to his appointment has written more than 71 peer-reviewed articles, 21 book chapters, 69 abstracts and 2 books. Dr. Binder is an active member of numerous prestigious medical associations including:

Dr. Binder earned his A.B. degree in Biological Anthropology from Harvard University and then continued on to earn his medical degree and Ph.D. in Neurobiology at Duke University. Dr. Binder completed his surgical internship and neurological surgery residency at the University of California, San Francisco and traveled to Germany to complete his fellowship in epilepsy surgery at the University of Bonn. Dr. Binder has received numerous honors for his prolific research efforts, but his highest fulfillment derives from quality patient care.
